     hey. I tried to send mail many times to autel customer crockery but I have not yet received any response regarding the new maxidiag elite md802 scanner that I have meat a week ago. The problem is I can not get on when I turn it on ones who show up on the screen is ((the vehicle program is not Authorized please Obtain the authorization!)) when I press the ok button nothing happens Program standstill. that message comming on scren after i update sd card but i havnt register that md802 yet becaus i cannt see programs to find out register password i uppdate sd with my other md802 i bought two of them MD821500473 my mail hemen-ka@online.no
